Connect to the back-office
In the menu on the right click on "Live training" then "Webinars"
Create a new webinar
At the bottom right click on the button " New"
Fill in the information
/!/ Attention if the slot is already taken a message is displayed "overlaps another webinar" so you have to choose another slot
When the information is completed, click on the "save" button at the bottom right
On the right you can define the Webinar's clible. Click on "Define target", select and click on the "save" button
On the right, activate the publication button so that the webinar appears on the platform
Prepare the webinar
To the right in the "Access" block click on the "Prepare" button
Click on the button "Preparer l'événement"
On the right, the different functions allow you to prepare the webinar: import a file, prepare a video, create surveys...
When the preparation of the webinar is finished you can quite
When it's time click on "join"
Click on the "Start the event" button
Animate the webinar!
By default the webinar session is recorded
Register and take part in a webinar
In the menu click on "Live training"
Select a webinar
Click on the "Register" button
You are registered
The participant receives a confirmation e-mail
Reminder emails are sent to the participant:
- Reminder sent 2 days before
- Reminder sent 15 minutes before
It's time for the webinar! Click on the "join" button
You are now participating in the webinar
On the night following the webinar, an email is sent to the participant to review the archived webinar video.
By default, the webinar is recorded and then published on the webinar page. Users can then view or replay it.
